Italian Baked Brie Plate
$12 Creamy brie baked in a crusty bread with garlic, sun-dried
tomatoes, basil, pine nuts and parsley, served with warm oven-roasted
Italian olives and roasted multi-colored peppers over a bed of Mesclun
greens.
BuonaBocca $10 Crispy fried Mozzarella pillows filled with fresh
spinach and sun dried tomatoes, served with a lemon caper sauce and
chef’s choice of relish.
Scallops Mare Monte $13
Pan-seared large sea scallops topped with Carmeliina’s V-One pomegranate
sauce, served with fresh sautéed green beans and red peppers.
Garlic Shrimp $12
Sautéed shrimp with a very tasty sauce of fresh garlic, thyme, lemon,
and butter, served on sautéed spinach with a warm grilled crostino.
Wild Mushrooms $10 A
mix of fie varieties of wild mushrooms sautéed with garlic, butter and
sherry, served over warm crostini and sprinkled with fresh Parmigiano.
Coconut Shrimp $12
Succulent shrimp rolled in Carmelina’s special light coconut batter,
crispy fried, and topped with a sweet Malibu liqueur, saffron cream
sauce.
Lump Crab Cake $13 This appetizer is
awesome! Lump crabmeat with minced bell peppers and Old Bay seasoning
served with a lightly spiced grapefruit sauce on a bed of wild mushrooms
and sautéed fresh corn.
Eggplant Rollatini $12 Fresh eggplant,
oven-roasted and stuffed with tomato, fresh Mozzarella and basil, topped
with a delicious balsamic reduction.
Fried Calamari $10 Crispy fried
calamari served with spicy vinegar peppers, and our own rich marinara
sauce.

crafted to order, and served with our freshly made dressings.
Caesar Salad $10 Romaine hearts
with our delicious Caesar dressing, crispy pancetta, Parmigiano, and
sun-dried tomatoes, served with a garlic crostino.
Beef Carpaccio Salad $11
Thinly cut prime tenderloin served with organic micro greens and fresh
Hadley asparagus spears, drizzled with a light XVOO and lemon dressing.
Our House Salad $6,
Organic Mesclun greens, carrots, olives, red onion, cherry tomatoes and
fresh Feta cheese, with your choice of our house-made balsamic
vinaigrette or Gorgonzola dill dressing.
Warm Spinach Salad $10 Baby
spinach tossed with spicy candied walnuts, fresh Blue cheese,
caramelized pear, grapes, and our Gorgonzola peppercorn dressing, served

Made the old-fashioned way. A simple preparation of spaghetti, pancetta,
Parmigiano, egg and cracked pepper, served in the traditional style
without cream.
Spicy Ravioli Amore $18
Cheese ravioli, julienne chicken, Italian sausage, and roasted
Jalapenos, tossed with a red wine and rosemary tomato cream sauce,
finished in the oven with Provolone.
